花榈木种子际促生真菌的分离筛选及鉴定

摘    要:为分离出具备促生功能的种子际真菌,对来自贵州晴隆、三穗、关岭的野生花榈木种子际土壤真菌进行分离、纯化,针对其溶磷、解钾、固氮、产IAA性能进行筛选,最后进行菌种鉴定。结果表明,3个地点共分离出16株种子际真菌,其中有7株真菌来自关岭、5株真菌来自晴隆、4株真菌来自三穗;对同时具备4种促生功能的真菌鉴定结果为编号SS-1-6、SS-2-3、SS-1-3、QL-3-5、GL-4-1和GL-3-1分别为青霉属(Penicillium sp.)、拟康宁木霉(Trichoderma koningiopsis)、茎霉属(Chaunopycnis sp.)、产黑色素短梗霉(Aureobasidium melanogenum)、菌核青霉(Penicillium sclerotiorum)和被孢霉属(Mortierella sp.)。该结果为进一步研究花榈木种子际微生物多样性提供了依据。

Abstract:In order to isolate the spermosphere fungi with the function of promoting growth,fungi in spermosphere soil of Ormosia henryi occurring in Qinglong,Sansui and Guanling of Guizhou Province were isolated and purified.The performance of phosphorus dissolution,potassium dissolution,nitrogen fixation and IAA production were screened,and the strain identification were carried out.A total of 16 strains of spermosphere fungi were isolated from the three sites mentioned above,including 7 strains from Guanling,5 strains from Qinglong,and 4 strains from Sansui.The identification results of fungi with four growth-promoting functions were,and,which were Penicillium sp.(numbered as SS-1-6),Trichoderma koningiopsis (SS-2-3),Chaunopycnis sp.(SS-1-3),Aureobasidium melanogenum (QL-3-5),Penicillium sclerotiorum (GL-4-1) and Mortierella sp.(GL-3-1),respectively.The results provided a basis for further study of the spermosphere microbial diversity of O.henryi.
