植物耐盐生理生化指标及耐盐植物筛选综述

摘    要:综述了耐盐植物的光合作用、叶绿素含量、叶绿素荧光参数、有机渗透调节剂、矿质元素、膜透性、丙二醛、抗氧化酶、抗氧化剂和脱落酸等生理生化指标研究进展。同时,总结了利用各种指标进行耐盐植物筛选的3种方法:直接法、生理生化指标法和混合法,并在此基础上阐述了建立耐盐性评价体系统一标准的意义。
