| 摘 要： | 对采自太白山、火地塘和天台山等地的５个菌样进行鉴别寄主反应型测定及潜育期、产孢量观察，并对诸菌样的可溶性蛋白质进行了电泳分析。结果表明，落叶松—杨栅锈菌（Ｍｅｌａｍｐｓｏｒａｌａｒｉｃｉ－ｐｏｐｕｌｉｎａＫｌｅｂ．）在秦岭地区存在着生理小种分化。初步将其分为ＭＬＰ１、ＭＬＰ２和ＭＬＰ３３个生理小种。

| Abstract: | Five collections of Melampsora larici populina Kleb. originating from the Qinling Mountains were compared from the aspects of reaction type, infectious latency, sporulation on six poplar species and electrophoretogram of urediosporae soluble protein. Qualitative and quantitative reactions suggest the existence of the three physiological races designated MLP 1,MLP 2 and MLP 3 in the Qinling Mountains. |
