响应面法优化超临界CO2萃取元宝枫油的工艺研究

摘    要:元宝枫油是一种新资源食品,是极具开发利用价值的神经酸资源。以元宝枫种仁为原料,通过单因素试验和响应面法研究超临界CO2萃取技术制备元宝枫油的工艺条件。结果表明,较优的工艺条件为萃取压力33.7 MPa,萃取温度60℃,萃取时间120 min,元宝枫油的提取率达到96.72%,与响应面优化法得到的预测值96.57%很接近。

Abstract:Acer truncatum seed oil is recognized as a new resource for food,and also for the development and utilization of nervonic acid that is rich in the oil.In this study A.truncatum seed kernels were used as raw materials,and single-factor tests together with response surface method were adopted to examine the process conditions of supercritical CO2 extraction of A.truncatum seed oil.The optimal process conditions were 33.7 MPa (extraction pressure),60℃ (extraction temperature),and 120 min (extraction time),under which the oil extraction rate was 96.72%,close to the predicted value of 96.57% obtained from the response surface optimization method.
