毛乌素沙地樟子松人工林对土壤微生物及酶活性的影响

摘    要:对毛乌素沙地榆林沙区不同林龄樟子松人工固沙林地土壤微生物及酶活性进行测定和分析。结果表明,不同林龄樟子松林地土壤微生物和酶活性表现出差异。与流沙地相比,林地土壤微生物数量显著增加,土壤酶活性显著增强。随林龄增加土壤微生物数量呈上升趋势,6年生到20年生阶段增幅最大;土壤酶活性总体上不断加强。土壤微生物数量和酶活性随土层深度增加而下降,且在林龄和土层深度两个方向上达到显著性差异水平。在流沙地上栽植樟子松人工林后,土壤生物学特性不断改善,土壤肥力水平提高。

Abstract:Soil microorganism and enzyme activities of artificial Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica in Mu Us sand land were measured.The results showed that the soil microorganism and enzyme activities were different from different plantation ages.Compared with the wind-drift sand,the number of soil microorganism increased sharply,soil enzyme activities strengthened significantly.The number of soil microorganism showed a rising trend with the plantation ages,the incease rate peaked during the 6-20 year period,soil enzyme activities strengthened constantly in general.The number of soil microorganism and enzyme activities dropped gradually with soil depth,and achieved significant difference levels in the two indices of plantation age and soil depth.It was found that soil biological properties and soil fertility levels were improved gradually,after the establishment of artificial P.sylvestris var.mongolica plantation in the wind-drift sandy lands.
