| Abstract: | The contents of chlorogenic acid in the leaves of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv.(Du Zhong) measured by different methods were compared. The results showed that to determine the content of chlorogenic acid in the leaves, bark and related products, the method of ethonal extraction-paper chromatography-ultraviolet spectrophotometry in routine laboratory is simple, feasible and reliable. |
