| 摘 要： | 湿地作为生态环境的基础要素,是城市景观单元中最重要的近自然空间。目前在新城建设中,大多数城市湿地的资源开发缺少系统规划,造成资源浪费,环境破坏等负面影响。在城市湿地景观建设中协调湿地的自然生态功能与经济、文化功能之间关系,是新城景观生态建设的重要内容,也是促进城市可持续发展的重要因素。以天津团泊新城核心地块规划为例,以城市湿地中动植物资源的特征和开发潜力为前提,从市场需求出发分析了湿地资源产业开发的模式和内容,然后基于产业开发着重探讨了新城湿地景观规划的诸要点,最后总结得出湿地型场地新城建设的开发思路。
