木本植物木质部栓塞研究进展

摘    要:木质部栓塞化是木本植物对水分等环境因子的胁迫反应之一,从发现至今已有近80年的研究历史。本文对近年来这一研究领域的几个热点作以综述,主要包括四个方面:(1)木质部栓塞的诱因及形成机理;(2)木质部栓塞的季节变化和日变化规律;(3)木质部栓塞脆弱性及其与植物耐旱性间的关系;(4)木质部栓塞恢复机理。并结合笔者的研究结果,提出了一些新的思路和观点。

Abstract:Xylem embolization is one of the responsive ways to water or other environmental stress in woody plants. It has the history of almost 80 years for studying this subject. In this paper, four parts of main studying points in recent years are summerized and discussed,which in clude (1) induced factors and their mechanism,(2)seasonal and diurnal variation,(3) xylem vulnerability to embolism and its relation with plant drought resistance,(4)the refilling mechanism of xylem embolism. Combing these with the researching results of ours in recent years, some new ideas and viewpoints are also mentioned for discussing.
