| 摘 要： | 对17株绿僵菌的酯酶同工酶培养特性和毒力进行了比较研究。结果表明:不同菌株酯酶同工酶型不同,绿僵菌的毒力与酶型及菌株培养特性有一定相关性。同工酶型可作为毒力筛选和鉴定绿僵菌种的标志。

| Abstract: | Describes the comparative study of esterase-isoenzymes cultural characteristics, and virulence of 16 Metarhizium strains from China and 1 strain from America. The results indicated the! polymorphism of esterase-isoenzy-mes existed among different Metarhizium strains and definite relationships were found between pathogenic virulence and cultural characteristics as well as isoenzyme types. The possible use of isoenzyme types as index for strain virulence screening and species identification of Metarhizium was discussed |
