超声法提取银鹊树种皮总黄酮的工艺研究

摘    要:研究了超声法提取银鹊树种皮中总黄酮的工艺,以单因素实验分析了提取剂浓度、提取温度、提取时间及料液比等4个主要因素对得率的影响。在单因素实验的基础上,通过正交实验,得到超声法最佳提取工艺,即乙醇浓度50%,提取温度50℃,料液比1∶10,超声提取90 m in。

Abstract:Ultrasonic ware aided extraction of flavonoids from the seed coat of Tapisicia sinensis was studied.Four main factors including concentration of solvent,temperature,time and ratio of solid to liquid were investigated by using single factor experiment.The optimal process conditions were obtained by orthogonal experiment:ethanol concentration 50%,ratio of solid to liquid 1∶10,extracting duration 90 minutes and extracting temperature 50℃.
