杜仲籽油提取工艺

摘    要:本文在试验的基础上,介绍、比较了3种杜仲籽油提取工艺。压榨法取得的油中不舍有任何残留溶剂,产品安全、卫生、无污染。有机溶剂浸出法得油率较高。超临界CO2萃取的油无残留溶剂,品质好,但所需的设备投资费用大。

Abstract:3 kinds of technology to extract the oil from Eucommia ulmoides seed is compared on the base of experiment in this paper. By squeeze method, the oil is free from any solvents, unpolluted, safe and healthy. By solvent, the extracted rate of oil was higher. By supercritical CO2 extraction, the oil extraction does not contain any remaining solvent with high quality, but the investment of necessary equipments is expensive.
