| 摘 要： | 研究不同采收期对嘎啦苹果采后果实品质的影响。分别于盛花期后110、1171、24 d和131d采果,在室温条件下定期测定几项品质指标的变化。盛花期后117 d以前采收的果实其果皮亮度好但着色程度差,盛花后124 d采收的果实其果皮和果肉的色度均较好,盛花后124 d采收的果实可溶性固形物、可滴定酸变化较小,失水少,商品品质较好。盛花后117 d到124 d左右为嘠啦果实的最佳采收期,不同采期果实色泽差别明显,可以作为判断采收期和果品品质的重要依据。

| Abstract: | Effects of different harvest time on quality of 'Gala' apples after harvest were examined.The apples were picked at 110,117,124 and 131 days after full bloom(DAFB).Changes of several indices were measured periodically at normal temperature after fruit picking.It was found that the quality of 'Gala' apples of picking before 117 DAFB was superior in pulp brightness but inferior in chroma.The quality of the apples harvesting at 124 DAFB was good in both rind chroma and pulp chroma,in which the soluble solids a... |
