超临界CO2萃取杏仁油的研究

摘    要:利用超临界CO2萃取技术从杏仁中提取出杏仁油。采取三因素五水平正交试验及静态萃取与动态萃取相结合方法,研究了不同压力、温度和CO2用量对萃取率的影响。当压力为3.5MPa,温度为70℃,CO2体积与物料比为47mL/g时萃取效果最好,萃取率为47.03%。

Abstract:Apricot oil was extracted from apricot kernel using supercritical CO2. The effect of different pressure,temperature and CO2 volume on extraction yield wa s studied by using 3 factors 5 levels while taking across design and the mothod of still e xtraction in combination with moving extraction.The results showed that the efficient cond itions were at 3.5 MPa, 70℃ and 47 mL/g in the ratio of CO2 volume to aprico t kernel. Extraction yied was 47.03%.
