天然油菜素内酯对侧柏苗木抗旱性的影响

摘    要:用不同浓度的天然油菜素内酯蘸根处理侧柏苗木后,发现天然油菜素内酯处理增加了叶片含水量、临界饱和亏和游离脯氨酸含量,降低了自然饱和亏、需水程度、蒸腾强度、细胞膜相对透性和丙二醛含量,增强了超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物和过氧化氢酶的活性,表明天然油菜素内酯处理提高了侧柏苗木的抗旱性.

Abstract:Roots of Platycladus orientalis seedlings were dipped with different concentrations of natural brassinol-ide, and the water content, critical saturation deficit and free proline content of P. orientalis seedling leaves were increased. Its natural saturation deficit, degree of water requirement, transpiration rate, relative permeability of plasma and malonic aldehyde content were decreased. The activities of its superoxide dismutase, peroxidase and cata-lase were enhanced. These results showed that the drought resistance of P. orientalis seedlings was raised.
