陕西黄土高原酸枣仁品质比较分析

摘    要:以酸枣仁的总皂苷、总黄酮和脂肪油含量为指标,以佳县大酸枣为参比品种,对陕西省黄土高原酸枣仁品质进行了比较分析。结果表明,陕北地区的总黄酮、总皂苷和脂肪油含量均高于渭北地区,而佳县大酸枣仁各指标均高于酸枣仁。同时,酸枣仁脂肪酸的GC-MS分析结果显示,总脂肪酸中不饱和脂肪酸含量达90%以上,其中油酸和亚油酸的相对含量较高,并且在地区间差异显著。该研究结果对于酸枣仁资源科学利用具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:Qualities of Zizyphus jujuba var.spinosa seeds in Loess Plateau in Shaanxi Province were compared,with contents of saponins,flavonoids and fatty oil in jujube seeds as the appra'sal indicators,big jujube of Jiaxian as ref- erence varietiy.The results showed that contents of total flavonoids,total saponins and fatty oil in the seeds pro- duced in Northern Shaanxi were all higher than those in the Weibei area,and the every indicators of big jujube seeds were all higher than jujube seeds of Jia xian.GC-MS analysis indicated that the unsaturated fatty acid in total fatty acid content reached over 90%,the content of oleic acid and linoleic acid were higher than others.Significant differences existed in the contents of olei acid and linoleic acid contained in the seed oils produced in different re- gions,the results provide guidance to scientific utilization the resource of Z.jujuba var.spinosa seed.
