摘    要:用盆栽控水方法,对不同水分梯度下木质部栓塞程度与水势等生理生态指标之间的关系进行了研究。结果表明,植物木质部栓塞程度随水势的变化在一天中有明显的增减,其大小不仅决定于枝条水势,而且与净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、大气温度、相对湿度等生理生态指标有关。

Abstract:Relationships between degree of xylem embolism under different water gradients and ecophysiological indexes such as water potential were studied by controlling soil moisture of potted plants. The results showed that the degree of xylem embolism varied with the water potential in one day, which was not only influenced by the water potential, but also by the integrated affection of the ecophysiological including photosynthetic available radiation, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance, air temperature and relative humidity.
