外源性C、N干扰对森林土壤酶活性的影响

摘    要:通过对岷江上游连香树、云南松和糙皮桦3种典型林地外源性C、N干扰试验研究表明,施N和施C干扰使云南松林地土壤脲酶、过氧化氢酶和蔗糖酶活性有不同程度的提高,且在适度范围内,随干扰强度的增大效果明显增加。施N干扰可使糙皮桦林地土壤脲酶、过氧化氢酶和蔗糖酶活性较对照有不同程度的提高,而施C对土壤过氧化氢酶活性影响不明显;施N干扰使连香树林地土壤脲酶和过氧化氢酶活性降低,且有随施用量增加而减小的趋势,但使蔗糖酶活性增加,施C干扰使脲酶、过氧化氢酶和蔗糖酶活性较对照有不同程度的提高,且以弱度干扰效果较好。

Abstract:Study on soil enzymes activities of 3 kinds of typical forest(Cercidiphyllum japonicum,Pinus yunnansinsis,Betuda.utilis)in Minjiang areas showed that external C,N disturbances made the urease,catalase,invertase enzymes activities of P.yunnansinsis improve in various degrees,and in the appropriate range,the efect was more and more obvious with the increase of disturbing intensity.N disturbances can make B.utilis soil urease,catalase,invertase enzymes activities improve in various degrees,C disturbances did not influence on the catalase enzyme activity obviously;N disturbances reduced urease and catalase enzymes activities of C.japonicum soil,with the increasing of amount of application the urease and catalase enzymes activities decreased,invertase enzyme activity increased,C disturbing made urease,catalase,invertase improvement in various degrees,and better with weak degree of C interference results.
