| 摘 要： | 根据猪圆环病毒2型(PCV2)基因序列,设计合成1对引物,对PCV2厦门株-1(XM-1)的ORF2基因进行PCR扩增.扩增产物经琼脂糖凝胶电泳分析,可清晰看见1条与设计相符的大小为729 bp的特异条带.提取该片段进行测序,并与国内外24株PCV2毒株的ORF2进行比较,发现得到的PCV2 XM-1的ORF2与广西PCV2分离株(AY556475)核苷酸和氨基酸序列同源性均达到100%,与其它PCV2毒株ORF2的同源性分别为91.6%-99.9%和88.9%-100%,表明厦门地区生猪已感染PCV2,PCV2的ORF2基因与其它毒株有所不同. |

| Abstract: | A pair of primers were designed according to the Genbank sequence to amplify ORF2 gene of porcine circovirus Xiamen strain-1(XM-1).The ORF2 gene was obtained by polymerase chain reaction(PCR).The nucleotide and amino-acid sequences of XM-1 ORF2 gene were compared with the counterpart sequences of 24 strains.The nucleotide and animi-acid homologies were 100% with Guangxi strain,91.6%-99.9% or 88.9%-93.7% with 23 other strains.The result showed that some pigs in Xiamen had been infected by PCV2,whose ORF2 gene was different from other isolates. |
