| 摘 要： | 在自然温度、ｐＨ值未经调节（７．０左右）的条件下，鲜鸭粪的ＴＳ％＝２６．３６％，ＣＮ＝１４．３９，原料干物质产气率为０．１９ｍ３ｋｇ－１，产气效果佳，料液浓度可高达１０％左右，是沼气发酵的理想原料；鲜鸡粪的ＴＳ％＝２９．６２％，ＣＮ＝１０．７６，原料干物质产气率为０．０４ｍ３ｋｇ－１，产气效果差，料液浓度为６％～１０％．

| Abstract: | The study was conducted on gas production characteristics of anaerobic fermentation with duck and chicken feces in different substrate concentrations under the conditions of the ambient temperature and pH value about 7.0. The results indicated that: fresh duck feces with TS% =26.36, C∶N=14.KG-4]39,and gas production rate of dry matter of raw material to be 0.19 m 3·kg -1 , gas production substrate concentration was about 10%, which was ideal substrate for anaerobic fermentation beacause of high efficiency; fresh chicken feces with TS% =29.02%, C∶N=10.76 and gas production rate of dry matter raw of material to be 0.04 m 3·kg -1 , gas production substrate concentration was 6%￣10%, which could not be used as anaerobic fermentation substrate immediately beacause of low efficiency. |
