摘    要:根据电化学方法基本原理,探讨不同电压降条件下污泥中主要重金属的动电去除效果,结果表明,在0-2.0 V.cm-1不同电压降条件下,阳极附近污泥的pH值降低,而阴极附近的pH值则有所升高.阳极附近污泥的电导率均低于处理前,并随着距阳极距离的增大而提高.除0.5 V.cm-1处理的污泥柱电流随时间变化不大外,其他电压降处理污泥柱的电流在0-28 h均呈上升趋势,之后则下降.污泥总Cr去除效果以1.0 V.cm-1电压降处理较为理想,去除率达43.02%,而总Pb和Cd去除效果则以2.0 V.cm-1电压降处理较为理想,去除率分别高达71.36%和92.89%.

Abstract:Based on the principle of electrochemical method,the effect of electro-kinetic treatment on the elimination of main heavy metals in sludge at various voltage drop was investigated.The results showed pH values of sludge near anode decreased,and those near cathode increased slightly at the treatments of 0-2.0 V·cm-1 voltage drop.The conductivities of sludge near anode were lower than those of untreated sludge,and obviously increased with the distance from anode.Except electric current of sludge column of 0.5 V·cm-1 treatment changed slowly with treating time,those of other treatments increased before 28 h,then decreased.The elimination effect of total Cr in sludge of 1.0 V·cm-1 treatment was much better than those of other treatments,in which the elimination rate was 43.02%.The elimination effects of total Pb and Cd in sludge of 2.0 V·cm-1 treatment were better,in which the elimination rates were 71.36% and 92.89%,respectively.
