| 摘 要： | 采用正交试验对BtWB7菌株发酵培养基进行筛选,结果表明,不同原料对发酵液菌数影响相差较大,其中酵母粉和鱼粉影响最大.本试验获得的最佳摇瓶发酵配方为:玉米粉4%、黄豆饼粉1%、酵母粉2%、鱼粉2.5%和蛋白胨0.1%(质量分数).

| Abstract: | An orthogonal design was used to screen fermentative medium of Bacillus thuringiensis isolate WB_7. Among these tests, yeast powder and fish meal were the most efficient substrates for Bt. The most appropriate fermentative medium is composed of corn meal 4%, soybean flour 1%, yeast powder 2%, fish meal 2.5%, peptone 0.1%. |
