| 摘 要： | 甘薯脱毒苗增产极显著 .脱毒苗的一些生理指标明显改善 :(1)具有较强的光合效率 ,各生育期叶面积指数较高 ,叶绿素含量增加 ,净光合速率明显提高 ;(2 ) N代谢活跃 ,叶片游离脯氨酸含量增加 ,硝酸还原酶活性明显增强 ,总 N含量提高 ;(3)光合物质的形成与积累增多 ,块根淀粉磷酸化酶活性明显增强 ,净同化率提高 ,生物产量增加

| Abstract: | Yield increasing of the virus free seedlings of sweetpotato was extremely significant, and some of their physiological indices were improved in the following aspects. (1) Leaf area indices, chlorophyll content, and net photosynthetic rate at growth stages increased remarkably, which proved that photosynthetic efficiency was high. (2) Free proline content in leaves, nitrate reductase activity, and total nitrogen content increased remarkably, which proved that nitrogen metabolism was promoted. (3) Formation and accumulation of photosynthates, starch phosphorylase activity in tuber, and net assimilation rate increased remarkably, which resulted in more biomass. |
