摘 要: | 结果表明,人工羽化温度(34.5±0.2)℃,相对湿度35%-45%]与自然羽化工蜂(ApismelliferaL.)的封盖期、吻长、翅面积和背板长差异均不显著(P>0.05),但初生重差异极显著(P<0.01).

Effects of manual eclosion on worker bees |

Abstract: | The results showed that the differences of sealed periods, lengths of dorsal plate, lengths of proboscis and areas of wings of worker bees(Apis mellifera L.) between manual eclosion at (34.5±0.2) ℃, RH 35%-45%] and natural eclosion were not significant (P>0.05), but the difference of born weight of worker bees between manual eclosion and natural eclosion was significant (P<0.01). |
