福建名优绿茶产地土壤环境质量现状评价

摘    要:对拟发展绿色食品茶叶的福建闽东的福州恩顶茶场、罗源县满叠茶场;闽北的南平炉下茶场、政和志和茶场、松溪郑墩茶场、武夷山农场、武夷木关茶场及周宁官司茶场等8个名优绿茶产地的土壤环境质量现状进行调查,应用单项污染指数法和综合污染指数法评价.结果表明:(1)福建名优绿茶产地土壤环境质量较佳,基本未受重金属及有机氯农药污染.不同地区之间茶园土壤清洁程度有所差异.(2)按照绿色食品产地土壤环境质量要求进行评价,8个茶场中,有3个茶场茶园土壤属一级土壤,清洁,符合AA级绿色食品对原料产地土壤环境的要求;有2个茶场茶园土壤属二级土壤,尚清洁,适宜发展A级绿色食品茶叶;有2个茶场土壤处于2级土壤上限,经过适当改造可发展绿色食品茶叶生产;有1个茶场土壤受Cr污染,不宜发展绿色食品.若以背景值为标准,则评价结果与上述有些差异.(3)名优绿茶产地土壤pH值为4.0~5.5,多数为4.1~4.7,适宜茶树生长.

Evaluation of soil environment quality in the production regions of famous green tea in Fujian
Abstract:The soil euvironment quality in 8 production regions of famous green tea such as Ending Tea Estate of Fuzhou and Mandie Tea Estate of Luoyuan County in the east of Fujian, and Luxia Tea Estate of Nanping, Zhihe Tea Estate of Zhenghe, Zhengdun Tea Estate of Songxi, Wuyishan Farm, Muguan Tea Estate of Wuyishan and Guansi Tea Estate of Zhouning in the north of Fujian, where a plan has been made to develop green food (unpolluted) tea, was investigated, and evaluated by means of single pollution index and synthetic pollution indices. The results showed as follows. (1) In the production regions of famous green tea in Fujian, the soil environment quality was high, and the soil was not polluted by heavy metals and chlorinated hydrocarbon pesticides basically. There was difference of the degrees of soil clean in tea estates between regions. (2)Evaluated according to the requirement for soil environment quality in the production regions of green food (unpolluted), of 8 tea estates, there were 3 in which the soil belonged to the first class because it was the cleanest and could meet the demands of AA grade green food (unpolluted) for the soil environment in the production regions of raw materials, there were 2 in which the soil belonged to the second class because it was clean and suitable for developing A grade green food (unpolluted) tea; there were 2 in which the soil was at the critical level of the second class and could be used to develop the production of green food (unpolluted) tea after improvement, and there was one in which the soil was polluted by Cr and was not suitable for developing green food (unpolluted). When the background values were used as standards, the evaluation results were slightly different from those mentioned above. (3) In the production regions of famous green tea, the soil pH values were 4.0-5.KG-4]5 and the most were 4.1-4.7,which were suitable for tea growth.
