小菜蛾绒茧蜂的寄生效能

摘    要:在温度为(27±1)℃,相对湿度为(75±5)%的实验室条件下,研究了小菜蛾绒茧蜂(CotesiaplutelaeKurdjumov)对不同密度下的小菜蛾幼虫(3龄为主)的功能反应及自身密度的干扰反应.根据试验结果,分别用Holing圆盘方程和Hassel-Varley模型进行拟合,并建立其功能反应方程为Na=0.9295N/(1+0.0918N),自身密度的干扰反应数学模型为a=0.1435P-0.4987.结果表明:小菜蛾绒茧蜂对小菜蛾幼虫密度的寄生效应属HolingⅡ型,小菜蛾绒茧蜂随着自身密度的增加,其寄生效果呈下降的趋势.在此基础上,讨论了小菜蛾绒茧蜂与小菜蛾之间的相互关系及其生物学意义

Parasitical efficiency of Cotesia plutellae Kurdjumov(Hymenoptera:Braconidae)
Abstract:The parasitical efficiency of Cotesia plutellae Kurdjumov were studied under the experimental condition of (27±1)℃ and (75±5)% RH.The functional response of Cotesia plutellae Kurdjumov to the third instar larvae of the diamondback moth, Plutella xylostella L. can be fitted with Holling′s type Ⅱ, which was described by Holling disc equation Na=0.9295N/(1+0.0918N); the mutual interference among parasite individuals could be simulated by Hassell Varley′s model a=0.1435P 0.4987.Based on the above studies, the relation between Cotesia plutellae Kurdjumov and Plutella xylostella L. and its bionics significance were discussed.
