摘 要: | 在温度为(27±1)℃,相对湿度为(75±5)%的实验室条件下,研究了小菜蛾绒茧蜂(CotesiaplutelaeKurdjumov)对不同密度下的小菜蛾幼虫(3龄为主)的功能反应及自身密度的干扰反应.根据试验结果,分别用Holing圆盘方程和Hassel-Varley模型进行拟合,并建立其功能反应方程为Na=0.9295N/(1+0.0918N),自身密度的干扰反应数学模型为a=0.1435P-0.4987.结果表明:小菜蛾绒茧蜂对小菜蛾幼虫密度的寄生效应属HolingⅡ型,小菜蛾绒茧蜂随着自身密度的增加,其寄生效果呈下降的趋势.在此基础上,讨论了小菜蛾绒茧蜂与小菜蛾之间的相互关系及其生物学意义

Abstract: | The parasitical efficiency of Cotesia plutellae Kurdjumov were studied under the experimental condition of (27±1)℃ and (75±5)% RH.The functional response of Cotesia plutellae Kurdjumov to the third instar larvae of the diamondback moth, Plutella xylostella L. can be fitted with Holling′s type Ⅱ, which was described by Holling disc equation Na=0.9295N/(1+0.0918N); the mutual interference among parasite individuals could be simulated by Hassell Varley′s model a=0.1435P 0.4987.Based on the above studies, the relation between Cotesia plutellae Kurdjumov and Plutella xylostella L. and its bionics significance were discussed. |
