烤烟品种提纯401种植密度探讨

选用闽西烤烟当家品种——提纯401进行不同种植密度试验,并对各处理的田间小气候,烟株个体的根、茎、叶生长状况和叶解剖性状进行观察。结果表明:每公顷16005株、19995株、22005株、25995株4种处理,随种植密度的提高,田间中、后期的光照强度减弱,根系分布的深度、宽度,密集范围,侧根数,茎径,叶片厚度、大小,单叶重均变小。烟叶产量、上等烟和中等烟的比例、级指、产指、均价,每公顷收益均以每公顷22005株的最高,且其烟叶产量与其他3种种植密度的烟叶产量之间有显著差异(P<0.01)。故认为烤烟品种提纯401在本试验的土壤、施肥和打顶水平下,以每公顷22005株左右的种植密度较为合理。

A STUDY ON THE PLANTING DENSITIES OF FLUECURED TOBACCO CULTIVAR,“PURIFIED 401”

Experiments on various planting densities were performed with the “purified 401”,a major tobacco cultivar of Western Fujian.Four field designs with 16005,19995,22005,and 25995 plants per ha were selected for trials.Investigations were also made on such as microclimates in the field.Some agronomic and economic characters were studied,especially the root,stem and leaf growth developments as well as leaf anatomy of the tobacco plant.By the later growth stage,the solar illumination intensity de- creased with the increase of plant density.The distribution of root system in depth and width,distribution range,root branching,together with stem diameter,leaf thickness and size,and per unit leaf weight,all reduced gradually as the planting density increased.Among the tobacco leaf yield, the proportion of first-class and medium grade leaves,grade index,yield index,average price and hectare yield value attained the highest in the field with 22005 plants'density per ha.The tobacco leaf yield was also sig- nificantly difference from the other three field treatments(P<0.01).The planting under our experimental soil management,fertilization and decapi- tation cultural practice,it is recommended that“purified 401”prefersa planting density about 22005 per ha.
