健康鸵鸟(1～6月龄)38项血清生化参数的测定

建立健康鸵鸟（Ｓｔｒｕｔｈｉｏｃａｍｅｌｕｓ）的血清全套生化参数，采用日本岛津ＣＬ ７２００型全自动生化分析仪，对３０只１～６月龄健康鸵鸟３８项血清生化参数进行测定．结果如下：（１）血清蛋白参数／ｇ·Ｌ－１：ＴＰ３１．８２，ＡＬＢ１５．４１，ＧＬＯ１６．１８（ＡＬＢ／ＧＬＯ０．９５），Ａｐｏ Ａ１０．１２，Ａｐｏ Ｂ０．１４（Ａｐｏ Ａ１／Ａｐｏ Ｂ０．８０）；（２）血清酶参数／ｕ·Ｌ－１：ＡＬＴ１４．３，ＡＳＴ４５６．８（ＡＬＴ／ＡＳＴ０．３８），ＧＧＴ３．４，ＬＤＨ１６０３．１，ＣＫ３９３６．８，ＣＫ ＭＢ１４３０．８，ＡＭＹ３４１５．１，ＡＫＰ５７１．７，ＨＢＤＨ３７３．３；（３）血清糖、蛋白质、脂类及其代谢产物参数／ｍｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１：ＧＬＵ９．４１，ＴＲＩ１．９７，ＢＵＮ０．９４，ＬＤＬ２．１９，ＨＤＬ１．５４，ＣＨＯ３．５８（ＨＤＬ／ＣＨＯ０．４１）；ＣＲＥ１２．６５μｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１（ＢＵＮ／ＣＲＥ０．０６３），ＵＡ５０５．２４μｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１，ＴＢＡ３７．１μｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１，ＴＢＩＬ５．３２μｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１，ＤＢＩＬ３．２１μｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１，ＩＢＩＬ２．０８μｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１，ＴＴＴ４．１２ｕ；（?

Determination of 38 items of serum biochemical parameters in one to six months old healthy ostriches( Struthio camelus )

CL 7200 type automatic biochemical analysis instrument made in Japan was used to test 38 items of serum biochemical parameters in 30 one to six months old healthy ostriches( Struthio camelus ) and establish a complete set of biochemical parameters for them. The results were as follows: (1) serum protein parameters /g·L -1 : TP 31.82, ALB 15.41, GLO 16.18(ALB/GLO 0.95), Apo A 1 0.12, Apo B 0.14 (Apo A 1 /Apo B 0.80 ); (2)serum enzymes parameters /u·L -1 : ALT 14.3, AST 456.8 (ALT/AST 0.38), GGT 3.4, LDH 1603.1, CK 3936.8, CK MB 1430.8, AMY 3415.1, AKP 571.7, HBDH 373.3; (3) parameters of serum glucose, protein, lipids and their metabolic products /mmol·L -1 : GLU 9.41, TRI 1.97, BUN 0.94, LDL 2.19, HDL 1.54, CHO 3.58 (HDL/CHO 0.41); CRE 12.65 μmol·L -1 (BUN/CRE 0.063), UA 505.24 μmol·L -1 , TBA 37.1 μmol·L -1 , TBIL 5.32 μmol·L -1 , DBIL 3.21 μmol·L -1 , IBIL 2.08 μmol·L -1 , TTT 4.12 u; (4) parameters of serum macro elements /mol·L -1 : Ca 2.53, Mg 2.17, P 1.87, Na 156.7, K 7.55, Cl 111.39. Those parameters could be regarded as the scientific background data for further research on ostrich.
