鱼腥草超微粉的显微特性

摘    要:鱼腥草经60目粉碎和300目超微粉碎后,用激光粒度仪测量粒径,光镜和扫描电镜观察形态学特征,比较鱼腥草细粉和超微粉的显微特性差异.结果表明:鱼腥草超微粉粒径减小,比表面积增大,松密度增加,电镜下观察基本无完整细胞存在.可见,鱼腥草经超微粉碎后,粉末颗粒细微均匀,绝大多数细胞破壁,达到了超微效果.

Abstract:Houttuynia cordata Thunb.ordinary powder and ultramicro-pulverised powder were observed with microscope and scanning electron microscope(SEM) and their size was determined with laser particle analyzer.The results were as follows: H.cordata ultramicro particle size became smaller.Its specific surface area and bulk density increased.Nearly all plant cells cracked in SEM.It was showed that H.cordata ultramicro powder particles were more uniform in shape and became smaller in size,the degree of H.cordata′ distribution was remarkably improved,the great majority of H.cordata cells were broken.
