诱捕器内甲基丁香酚浓度对橘小实蝇引诱效果的影响

摘    要:通过基团贡献法计算了温度对诱捕器内甲基丁香酚浓度的影响,并测定了一定流速下诱芯数目对甲基丁香酚浓度的影响.结果表明:在一定范围(>15.68℃)内,温度越低,诱捕器内需要越多的诱芯数目才能达到最佳引诱浓度,从而对橘小实蝇起到最佳的引诱效果.

Abstract:Effects of temperature on methyl eugenol concentration in traps were calculated by using group contribution and effects of different bait numbers under certain velocity on the concentration were measured.The results showed that as the temperature decreased within limits,bait numbers in traps were needed to achieve the best attractive concentration,so as to obtain the best attractive effect to Bactrocera dorsalis(Hendel).
