摘    要:建立了辣椒疫霉侵染的辣椒幼苗cDNA文库,该原始文库含有1.5×106个独立克隆,插入片段约为0.5-2 kb.采用基于PCR技术的96孔文库筛选方法,从该cDNA文库中筛选出了1个应答辣椒疫霉侵染的候选基因的全长cDNA.经生物信息学分析,推测这个候选基因为非特异性脂转移蛋白(non-specific lipid-transfer protein,nsLTP)基因.

Abstract:The total RNA was extracted from young pepper infected by Phytophthora capsici.,and the cDNA library including more than 1.5×106 individual clones was constructed with SMARTTM cDNA construction kit.A positive candidate resistant gene cDNA was isolated by 96-hole screening method based on PCR.The results of bioinformatics analysis showed that the candidate nsLTP resistant gene could code the non-specific lipid-transfer protein.
