摘    要:研究了不同外源化学物质对烤烟烟碱及其生物合成中间产物的影响,结果表明,不同化学物质通过影响中间产物调控烟碱合成的作用存在明显差异,其途径主要包括:(1)通过调节烟酸和多胺代谢,影响烟碱生成量,最终改变叶片的烟碱积累量;(2)通过调控多胺的代谢影响叶片的烟碱含量.

Abstract:Experiments were carried out to study the effects of exogenous chemicals on nicotine contents and intermediate products in nicotine biosythesis in flue-cured tobacco.The results showed that effects of those on the nicotine biosynthesis intermediate products were also different.The main pathway included:(1) by regulating nicotinic acid and polyamine contents,nicotine content was changed at last;(2) by affecting polyamine metabolism,that in turn affected the nicotine content in tobacco leaves.
