竹粉增强聚丙烯复合材料的吸水性和表面润湿性

摘    要:研究了竹粉用量和马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(MAPP)、硅烷(KH570)、钛酸酯(DN301)和铝锆(TL-4)偶联剂对竹粉增强聚丙烯发泡复合材料吸水性和表面润湿性的影响,材料表面的动态润湿性采用数学模型表征.结果表明,竹粉用量的增加会提高材料的吸水性和润湿性;偶联剂的加入会提高材料润湿性、降低其吸水性,且MAPP改善效果最佳,其次是KH570和TL-4,最后是DN301;竹粉用量为50份,未加偶联剂,1080 h后材料的吸水率为7.655%,添加偶联剂后,吸水率降低到1.646%-2.112%,竹粉用量为90份时,吸水率又增加到3.42%;竹粉用量为10-90份时,蒸馏水和甘油在材料表面的接触角衰减速率(K值)分别为0.0053-0.0081和0.0074-0.0103,加入偶联剂后,K值增大50%-67.7%.

Abstract:Effects of the bamboo powder content and maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene(MAPP),silane(KH570),titanate(DN301) and aluminum zirconium(TL-4) coupling agents on the water absorption and surface wettability of bamboo powder reinforced polypropylene foaming composite were investigated and the mathematical model of dynamic wettablility about composite was established.The results showed that: with increase of bamboo content the water absorption and wettability increased and with addition of coupling agent the water absorption decreased and wettability improved.MAPP was best in improvement,followed by KH-570 and TL-4 and last was DN-301.The water absorption of composite untreated(contained 50 phr bamboo powders) was 7.655% for 1080 h and decreased to 1.646%-2.112% when added coupling agent,and increased to 3.42% when bamboo powders were 90 phr.When the bamboo powders were 10 phr-90 phr,the declining rates of contact angle K(with distilled water,glycerin) were 0.0053-0.0081 and 0.0074-0.0103 respectively and K increased by 50%-67.7% with coupling agent.
