摘    要:采用SSUrRNA基因序列检测鉴定方法,初步调查了甘肃、青海、四川、内蒙古26种1008只熊蜂的微孢子虫感染情况及种类.结果表明:其中有16种210只被微孢子虫感染,感染率为20.8%,白背熊蜂和西伯熊蜂的微孢子虫感染率最高,红束熊蜂的感染率最低.内蒙古地区熊蜂微孢子虫的感染率最高,四川次之,甘肃与青海地区熊蜂的微孢子虫感染率最低.感染熊蜂的微孢子虫有熊蜂微孢子虫、东方蜜蜂微孢子虫和发现于鳞翅目卷叶蛾科寄主上的Nosema thomsoni.这说明微孢子虫对我国熊蜂的感染很广泛.

Abstract:Infection situations and species of microsporidia in 1008 bumblebees of 26 species from Gansu,Qinghai,Sichuan and Inner Mongolia were investigated by using the method of SSUrRNA gene sequence analysis.The results showed that 210 bumblebees of 16 species were infected by microsporidia and infection rate was 20.8%,the highest infection rate was found in Bombus festivus and B.sibiricus,while the lowest infection rate was in B.rufofasciatus.Furthermore,the highest infection rate was found in bumblebees from Inner Mongolia,the second was from Sichuan,the lowest infection rate was from Gansu and Qinghai.There were multiple Nosema infecting bumblebees,including N.bombi,N.ceranae and N.thomsoni which had been found in Tortricidae of Lepidoptera.It could be concluded that bumblebees were widely infected by microsporidia.
