摘    要:研究了水分胁迫下茉莉酸甲酯(MJ)对茶苗光合作用的改善效应,结果表明,叶面喷施MJ的茶苗在水分胁迫下,体和H2O2含量则较低;经MJ处理的受旱茶苗,叶绿素降解较少,叶绿素—蛋白内SOD和CAT活性比未经处理的高,而O-·2质复合体牢固度与对照接近,而未经处理的茶苗则有较大幅度的改变;MJ处理提高了叶绿体膜系结构稳定性,减缓了受旱苗叶绿体超微结构的损伤,提高了叶片的光合速率.

Abstract:Under drought stress, methyl jasmonnate was sprayed onto the leaves of tea shoots to investigate its amelioratory effect on the photosynthesis. It was found that the superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) had a higher activity but the H_2O_2 content was lower and there was less degradation of chlorophyll compared with those untreated. The firmness of chlorophyll-protein compounds was similar to that in the control (the tea shoots growing in normal conditions), however that in the untreated tea shoots under drought stress changed in a wide range. Therefore, the treatment with methyl jasmonnate improved the stability of chloroplast membrane system, reduced the damage of chloroplast ultrastructure of tea shoots under drought stress and increased the photosynthetic rate of leaves.
