水稻裂颖突变体SRG的形态学鉴定

摘    要:在由123个品系组成的Lemont×Dular重组自交系群体(RILs,F10)中发现了水稻裂颖突变体,该突变体30.64%的小穗颖壳开裂,稃片1-3个,雄蕊3-9枚,子房1-3枚,柱头2-5个,浆片1-3对;颖壳内有2粒或3粒种子连生或分生.经过7代连续种植,裂颖性状能够稳定遗传,根据突变体颖壳特征将其命名为水稻裂颖(split rice glume,SRG)突变体.

Abstract:A flower organ mutant was found in rice Lemont×Dular recombinant inbred lines population(RILs,F_(10)),which contained 123 lines.In the mutant,30.64% spikelets displayed split glumes,1-3 glumes,3-9 stamens,1-3 ovaries,2-5 stigmas,1-3 pairs of lodicules.Two seeds were connected or separated in a grain.Three seeds were found in a grain occansionally.The mutant trait was inherited stably for seven generations in succession.According to the distinct phenotype,the mutant was named as split rice glume(SRG) temporarily.
