印度农产品干燥技术概况

随着人口的不断增长 ,印度对粮食的需求越来越大 .印度政府一方面努力提高粮食产量 ;另一方面 ,加强了农产品收获后加工贮藏工作 ,减少损失 ,提高品质 ,并制订了一系列优惠政策 .对农产品干燥技术和设备的开发研究 ,一是注重利用太阳能和农作物废弃物 ,二是注重农产品专用设备的研究开发 .结合农村、农场的特点推出了许多经济实用的干燥设备 ,吸取国内外经验 ,为引进和发展自动化程度高、性能好的大型农产品干燥设备提供政策、经济和技术人员的扶持

Current status of drying technology of agro-produc ts in India

In India, with constant increasing of population, there is an ever growing demand for grains. While increasing grain yields, the Indian government has improved postharvest processing and storage of agro products to decrease loss and enhance quality, which is supported by a series of preferential policies. In terms of development of drying technology of agro products and its equipment, the utilization of solar energy and wastes from farm crops and the development of equipment specialized for agro products are emphasized. In the light of local conditions of rural areas and farms, many types of cheap and useful drying equipment have been introduced. Taking advantage of experiences at home and abroad, introduction and development of large drying equipment of agro products with high automation and satisfactory performance are facilitated by policies, economy and technicians.
