| 摘 要： | 绞股蓝Gynostemmapentaphyllum(Thunb.)Makino]茎的扦插繁殖试验表明,其插条极易长出不定根,扦插成活率高,无需生长素处理.扦插后第10天,95%以上的插条在茎节、节间处长出大量不定根.经观察,绞股蓝扦插生根过程可归纳为3个结构变化阶段:部分髓射线细胞分裂活动→根原基的产生→不定根的形成.

| Abstract: | By investigating on propagation of Gynostemma pentaphyllum with stem, it was showed that those cuttings produced adventitious roots easily. The cuttings need not be managed with auxin, because their viability was high. At the tenth day after propagation, the cuttings above 95 percent produced a lot of adventitious roots in nodes and internodes. Formation of the adventitious roots experienced three anatomical changes: division of pith ray cells; formation of root initial; development of adventitious roots. |
