摘    要:以外源DNA处理蚕豆萌动种子,观察根尖,芽尖分裂细胞的染色体畸变,分析根芽的过氧化物酶同工酶(POD)和脂酯同工酶(EST).结果表明。DNA 处理能引起落后断片、染色体桥等染色体畸变,畸变率的多少与 DNA 的浓度无关。DNA 处理也使过氧化物酶同工酶带数及酶活性有增加的趋势,脂酶同工酶的活性却受到抑制。

Abstract:The cytological effect and isozyme alterations were studied by applying exogenous DNA cattle pancreas(a Shanghai Milk Co.product),to the sprouted seeds of Vicice faba.The results were shown as follows:(1) Application of exogenous DNA in the germinating Vicia faba affected the chromosomal aberration,including chromosome fragment,chromosome bridge etc There were found in the cells of root and bud.The aberration ratio was not interrelated to the concentration of DNA(2)The number of isoperoxidase bands and isoperoxidase activities of the treated bud and root increased in comparison with the CK.On the contrary,the activity of esterase isozyme was restrained.
