中药饲料添加剂替代抗菌药物及促生长剂对生长肥育猪生产性能的影响

选用45头体重为10 kg左右的杜长大三元杂交断奶仔猪,将它们分为3组,比较3组生长肥育猪的生产性能.中药Ⅰ、Ⅱ组在基础日粮中分别添加中药饲料添加剂Ⅰ、Ⅱ号,对照组则添加抗菌药物和促生长剂.结果表明:与对照组比较,中药Ⅰ组日增重分别提高了6.54%、5.01%、4.49%和4.74%,料重比分别降低了1.55%、8.25%、5.65%和-0.03%;中药Ⅱ组日增重分别提高了1.44%、2.24%、4.12%和4.55%,料重比分别降低了-2.50%、6.01%、6.21%和1.08%,且2个中药添加组还能有效防止10-40 kg生长肥育猪的腹泻.表明饲料中添加中药饲料添加剂Ⅰ、Ⅱ号可以显著提高生长肥育猪的生产性能,在促进生长、提高抗病力方面的作用优于部分抗菌药物及促生长剂.

Effects of Chinese herbal feed additives substituting antibacterials and growth-promoter on growing-finishing pig's growth performance

45 Duroc-Landrace-Yorkshire crossbred weaning piglets with average weight of about 10 kg were divided into three groups.Two Chinese herbal feed additives(Ⅰ and Ⅱ),antibacterials and growth-promoter were supplemented respectively to feed in 3 groups(Chinese herbal medicine Ⅰ,Chinese herbal medicine Ⅱ and control group).Growth performance among the three groups was compared. Compared with the control group,average daily gains in the group of Chinese herbal medicine Ⅰ were increased by 6.54%,5.01%,4.49% and 4.74% respectively in the four stages,while the feed conversions were decreased by(1.55%),8.25%,5.65% and-0.03% respectively.Average daily gains in the group of Chinese herbal medicine Ⅱ were increased by 1.44%, 2.24%,4.12% and 4.55% respectively,while the feed conversions decreased by-2.50%,6.01%,6.21% and 1.08%.And the two were able to prevent 10-40 kg weigh piglets from diarrhea effectively.The results indicated that Chinese herbal feed additives Ⅰ and Ⅱ can obviously improve the piglets' growth performance.The efficacy is superior to antibacterials and growth-promoter.
