| 摘 要： | 采用不连续垂直平板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳,对荔枝"元红"品种幼胚胚性愈伤组织诱导出的胚状体进行过氧化物酶同工酶和酯酶同工酶谱分析.结果表明:染色方法对同工酶谱谱带有影响;同一发育阶段的荔枝胚状体的过氧化物酶与酯酶同工酶谱有一定差异,表明不同胚状体之间可能已产生一定的遗传变异.

Analysis of isoenzymatic patterns of POD and EST of somatic embryos in litchi |

| Abstract: | Isoenzymatic patterns of POD and EST of somatic embryos in Litchi chinenesis cv. Yanhong were analysed through discontinuous polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The results showed that the staining methods affected the strength of the belt activity and the number of the belts of the isoenzymatic patterns, and some differences in the isoenzymatic patterns of POD and EST occurred among somatic embryos at the same developmental stage, which suggested that some genetic variations existed among the different somatic embryos. |
