日粮中添加溶血卵磷脂对肉仔鸡脂类代谢的影响

摘    要:本试验研究了在日粮中添加0.1%(质量分数)溶血卵磷脂对肉仔鸡脂类代谢的影响.结果表明:溶血卵磷脂提高了肉仔鸡体重和胸肌含脂率(P<0.05),降低肝脏相对重量、肝脂率(P<0.05)和腹脂率(P=0.051);降低了血清TG含量(P<0.01),并有降低LDL-C含量及LDL-C与HDL-C含量的比值,提高血清FFA和HDL-C含量的趋势(P>0.05).肝脏apoB和FAS基因表达的检测结果显示,溶血卵磷脂极显著提高肝脏apoB基因的mRNA表达(P<0.01),FAS基因的mRNA表达没有变化(P>0.05).可见,溶血卵磷脂对肉仔鸡具有抗脂肪肝和体脂重分配作用,提高肉仔鸡对体内胆固醇的清除能力.

Abstract:The experiment was conducted to examine effects of dietary 0.1% lysolecithin on lipid metabolism in broiler chickens.Body weight and ether extract(EE) percentage of breast muscle was increased in treated groups as compared with the control(P<0.05).Relative weight and EE percentage of liver(P<0.05) and percentage of abdominal fat(P=0.051) were lower in broilers fed lysolecithin.Decreased serum triglyceride(P<0.01) and a tendency of lower LDL-C/HDL-C and higher serum free fatty acid and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C,P>0.05) were detected in lysolecithin-fed birds.Hepatic apoliprotein B and fatty acid synthase gene expression analysis showed that apoB mRNA level was up-regulated significantly(P<0.01) by lysolecithin and FAS mRNA level was not influenced.These results suggest that dietary lysolecithin has anti-fatty liver and carcass fat repartition effects and enhances the removal of body cholesterol in broilers.
