籼型三系杂交水稻株高的发育遗传分析

摘    要:采用数量性状的加性—显性发育遗传模型分析了按 NC 交配设计的两套籼型三系杂交水稻株高的发育遗传规律 .结果表明 ,株高在不同发育阶段均受加性效应和显性效应的共同控制 ,分蘖期以加性效应为主 ,抽穗期以显性效应为主 .随着发育进程的推进 ,抽穗期的杂种优势最强 .另外 ,株高在整个发育时期易受基因型与环境互作效应的影响 ,该效应在一定程度上影响株高性状的表现

Abstract:Following NCⅡ design, developmental genetic behavior of plant height in three line indica hybrid rice was studied, using additive dominance developmental genetic models and the corresponding statistical methods. The results indicated that dominance and additive effects commonly governed plant height in different developmental periods. Additive effects became predominant for plant height in tillering period and dominance effects in heading period. Heterosis appeared strongest in heading period with developmental stages. Moreover, during entire developmental course, plant height was affected by genotype and environment interaction to certain extent.
