人工养殖条件下暗纹东方鲀的生长发育特性

对连续3年人工养殖的暗纹东方鲀的体重、体长、肝重、肝体系数、性腺系数和肥满度等指标进行分析,并用体长、体重相关式W=aLb进行拟合,研究其生长、发育情况.结果表明:池养暗纹东方鲀体长与体重的相关式为W=0.0557L2.9029,性成熟前肝脏与体长的相关式为W=0.0033L3.1875,肥满度为0.05±0.01,明显高于野生暗纹东方鲀.通过对性腺系数和肝体系数的分析得出,池养暗纹东方鲀如果培育良好,性腺能较好地发育.

Growth and development of cultured pufferfish Takifugu fasciatus

The growth data of cultured Takifugu fasciatus of three ages were collected.Indexes of body length,total weight,index of liver to body weight,gonad index and Fulton′s condition factor were used to analyze the performance of growth and development.The relationship between body length and total weight was described by the power function W=aLb.The results showed that cultured T.fasciatus was very discrete in growth characteristics of all the detected ages.It was found that function W=0.0557L2.9029 was well to represent the relationship between L and W,and the biological signification of the parameter b in this function was also explained.The Fulton′s condition factor of cultured T.fasciatus was higher than wild ones due to ample food and the accumulation of nutrition under the artificial condition,the mean value was 0.05±0.01.The relationship between liver weight(WL) and body length of young fish was estimated and the function was WL=0.0033L3.1875.The analysis of the index of liver to body weight and gonad index showed that favorable artificial culture promoted the development of sex gonad.
