摘    要:采用膜生物反应器(MBR)处理城市垃圾渗滤液,研究了在不排泥情况下反应器中污泥浓度、沉降性能、颗粒分布、活性和生物相的变化情况.结果表明,稳定状态的污泥浓度随容积负荷的增加而升高,本试验中反应器污泥浓度最高达10.4 g.L-1;大量胞外多聚物(ECP)等难降解物质随试验运行时间的延长而在反应器中积累,使污泥沉降性能变差、活性降低、颗粒粒径减小、生物相变差.

Abstract:The aim of study on a landfill leachate treatment was to determine the operation effect of membrane bioreactor(MBR) in the condition of no sludge discharge.The study was designed to investigate sludge concentration,sludge settleabilty,granular distribution,sludge activity and biological phase variation.The results indicated that the steady-state sludge concentration in MBR increased with volume load,and the highest sludge concentration reached 10.4 g·L-1.The slow-biodegradable substances such as extracellular polymers(ECP) were accumulated with the running time increased in MBR,which resulted in degradation of sludge settleability and sludge activity,reduction of sludge granular distribution,and biological phase becoming worse.
