水分胁迫对荔枝叶片超微结构的影响

摘    要:以抗旱性较强的东刘 1号和抗旱性较弱的陈紫 2年生盆栽实生幼苗为试验材料 ,研究了水分胁迫对荔枝叶片超微结构的影响 .结果表明 :( 1)叶片相对含水量随水分胁迫程度的增加而减少 ,以抗旱性较弱的品种尤为明显 ;( 2 )水分胁迫下 ,荔枝叶片叶肉细胞叶绿体结构不同程度地受到损伤 ,以抗旱性较弱的品种尤为明显 .此外 ,在严重水分胁迫下 ,抗旱性较弱的品种有明显的质壁分离现象

Abstract:The 2 years old seedlings of two litchi ( Litchi chinensis Sonn.) cultivars differing in drought resistance were used in this study. Chenzi grown in riverside is considered to be drought sensitive, while Dongliu No.1 grown on hills is considered to be drought resistant. Effect of water stress on ultrastructure of the leaves was observed. Under water stress, relative water content in litchi leaves decreased, especially in Chenzi; meanwhile, damage of chloroplasts occurred in the mesophyll cells and the chloroplasts were more severely damaged in drought sensitive cultivar than in drought resistant one. In addition, plasmolysis occurred in the mesophyll cells of drought sensitive cultivar under severe water stress.
