赖链霉素(STR-D)禽霍乱菌的培育报告

摘    要:本试验用亚硝酸作诱变剂,含和不含链霉素的培养基作选择培养基,从一株野生型禽霍乱菌选育出一个赖链霉素禽霍乱突变株。测定结果表明,其培养、生长、染色、形态和生化反应等特性基本上与原野生菌相同,有免疫原性,安全性和稳定性良好。


REPORTS ON PRODUCING POULTRY STREPTOMYCINDEPENDENT (STR-D) BACTERIA,PASEURELLA AVISEPTICA
Abstract:Poultry cholera is a serious contagious disease rampant in wild and domestic fowls. It causes high fatality and greatly reduces the development of poultry industry. Drugs were employed to check the disease, but uneffective in totally checking the disease. N-methyl-N'-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine have been used to induce mutagen of the bacteria to STR-D bacteria. The vaccine drawn from these mutagenous bacteria has some checking effects to the disease. But this method developed abroad obtained little success in practise. So, a new approach was developed by us that showed greater success and feasibility. Nitrous acid having been used as a mutagen, and culture medium with or without streptomycin employed as selective medium in the experiments, a STR-D mutant of P. aviseptica was bred from a prototype of P. aviseptica. The result of the test showed that the characteristics of the culture, growth. staining, morphology, and biochemical reaction of STR-D mutant were basically simllar to those of P. aviseptica. The STR-D has immunogenicity. Its stability and innocuity are good.
