基于GIS技术的福建省耕地价值构成与分区评价

借助地理信息系统(GIS)与数学模型集成技术,在区域耕地栅格空间经济价值、社会承载价值和生态价值评价的基础上,研究探讨福建省耕地资源的价值构成,并开展区域耕地资源价值分区评价.结果表明,在福建省耕地资源价值构成中,经济、社会和生态价值分别占全省耕地资源价值的35.73%、53.99%和10.28%,耕地资源高、中、低价值区面积分别占全省耕地资源总面积的4.29%、38.14%和57.57%.可见:全省耕地资源的社会价值在耕地价值中占有较高比重,而生态价值的比重则相对较小;全省大部分耕地资源的价值处于中等偏低水平.

Evaluation on composition and division of cropland value in Fujian based on GIS

The composition and division of cropland values in Fujian Province were evaluated and discussed by geographic information system(GIS) integrated with mathematical models on the basis of cropland economic output value,social capacity value and ecological service value evaluation in grid dimension.The results showed that the proportions of cropland economic output value,social capacity value and ecological service value were 35.73%,53.99% and 10.28% of the total cropland values in Fujian,respectively,and the cropland areas of high,medium and low value division were 4.29%,38.14% and 57.57% of the total cropland areas in Fujian,respectively,which indicated that social capacity value occupied higher proportion and ecological service value occupied less in the composition of cropland value in Fujian,and the most of cropland resources showed medium and low value in Fujian.
