余甘多糖对小鼠的抗氧化作用

摘    要:通过研究余甘多糖溶液对CCl4肝损伤小鼠的影响,以了解余甘多糖的抗氧化作用.结果表明,余甘多糖能显著降低肝损伤小鼠肝脏中过氧化脂质(LPO)的含量,显著提高其全血中超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)活性和谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量(P<0.05).说明余甘多糖具有抗氧化作用,可能有助于延缓衰老.

Abstract:The effect of polysacchride (PePS) from Phyllanthus Emblica L. on carbon tetrachloride intoxicated mice was studied to investigate its antioxidation. Results indicated that PePS obviously reduced lipid peroxidation (LPO) contents in intoxicated mice liver, enhanced superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and glutathione (GSH) contents in the blood(P<0.05). It is proved that PePS has the effect of antioxidation, and thus delaying senescence.
