摘    要:利福平抗性和抗病原真菌标记测定结果表明,分离自辣椒的2株枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillussubtilis)菌株BS-2和BS-1经浸种、涂抹、浇灌土壤等接种处理均能进入辣椒植株体内.涂抹接种1-5d后,接种上部叶中的菌量逐渐上升;浇灌土壤接种,在1-15d内植株体内菌量逐渐上升;浸种接种,植株从子叶出现到第1片真叶刚展开时,植株茎和叶中的菌量逐渐上升,之后下降.说明两菌株为辣椒的内生定殖细菌,且可在辣椒体内繁殖和传导.

Colonization trends of Bacillus subtilis BS-2 and BS-1 in capsicum with dual-resistant label
Abstract:The colonization trends of the two strains, BS 2 and BS 1 (Bacillus subtilis), in capsicum were analyzed with the label of rifampin and fungi. The results showed that the two strains could subsist and develop in tissues of capsicum by inoculations of daubing leaves, irrigating soil and dipping seeds. After daubing leaves, the bacteria increased in the topside leaves which were not inoculated from the first day to the fifth day, but decreased then; after irrigating soil, the bacteria increased in the plants from the first day to the fifteenth day; after dipping seeds, the bacteria increased in the stems and leaves before the first true leaf unfolded, but decreased then. It is confirmed that the both strains were endophytes in capsicum and could develop, transfer in it.
