摘    要:就稻细菌性条斑病(Xanthomonas campestris pv.oryzicola)的接种方法、接种菌液浓度和水稻品种的生育期抗性变异对品种抗性影响等诸方面做了比较研究。结果表明,针刺接种法和以病斑绝对长度作为病情记载标准、比用喷雾接种法以病部面积占全叶面积百分率作为病情记载标准较为准确。针刺接种法可以测定水稻品种对病菌的抗扩展能力;针刺接种的菌液浓度以9×10~8/mL个菌体为适宜。水稻品种对稻细菌性条斑病的抗性随生育期的推进而提高。

Abstract:Comparative studies on different methods of inoculation, different concentrations of inocula and different plant ages in rice varieties on resistance to bacterial leaf streak were performed. The results indicated that the pin prick method of inoculation which takes absolute length of lesions as a recorded standard of disease was more accurate than spray method of inoculation which takes ratio of lesion area/leaf area as a standard of disease. Pin prick method of inoculation could also test resistant ability of rice varieties to spread of the pathogen. Inocula of 9×10~8/ mL was adaptive for pin prick method of inoculation. The resistance of rice varieties to bacterial leaf streak increased with rise of plant ages.
